• The delivery time stated in which you will receive your order is approximate. All goods will be sent to the delivery address given by you and stated in the order confirmation. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fully fulfilled, you will be contacted by a member of team esmale. You will not be charged additional postage in the event we send out an order in installments.
• Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 2pm (UK time) will be dispatched on the same day.
• Standard delivery timescales are 2-3 days for deliveries within the UK and 2-15 working days for deliveries outside of the UK.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE GUARANTEED UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY, then please select 'United Kingdom (NEXT DAY) as the delivery destination at the checkout. The cost for this is £10.95. Next Day delivery is only valid from Monday to Friday and orders must be placed before 2pm.
• Please note that when shipping goods across international borders, they are liable to be opened for inspection by customs authorities. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to check the legality of products within your own country. If seized by your local customs office, we will NOT be liable to refund or replace the order in any part.
• We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered, to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control.

You can return any of the products you order within 8 weeks from delivery. The reason we are so flexible in our return policy is that we want to make sure you feel confident in buying from the esmale store.
We will accept returns on the following basis:
1. Your goods are faulty
2. You have ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange for a different size
3. You decide you no longer want the goods.
All returned goods must be in their original unopened packaging and must not have been used.
All returns must be sent to our UK head office.
