Discreet Packaging

All parcels sent by esmale are sent in plain and discreet packaging. There is no indication as to what is inside the package. There is a small return address on the post label.

All of our standard shipment orders are sent via the UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service from our warehouse in London

•    The delivery time stated in which you will receive your order is approximate. All goods will be sent to the delivery address given by you and stated in the order confirmation. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fully fulfilled, you will be contacted by a member of team esmale. You will not be charged additional postage in the event we send out an order in installments.

•   Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 2pm (UK time) will be dispatched on the same day. 

•   Standard delivery timescales are 2-3 days for deliveries within the UK.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY, then please select 'United Kingdom (NEXT DAY) as the delivery destination at the checkout. The cost for this is £5.95. Next Day delivery is only valid from Monday to Friday and orders must be placed before 2pm. Please note that we do not ship on Bank Holidays. For Next Day deliveries, your parcel will be delivered by DPD (except Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands/Islands, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands - where your parcel will ship with Royal Mail)

•    We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered, to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control.
