KY Lube

KY Lube (or KY Jelly as it is also more commonly known) is one lube which is instantly recognisable by people of all ages. For a long time, all laby was referred to as KY because of its popularity and the amount of time that KY Lube has been around - a bit like how a lot of us call vacuum cleaners Hoovers.

Introduced over one hundred years ago, KY Lube is used in hospitals worldwide as a surgical lube as well as a personal lubricant making KY Lube by far the most used lube on the planet. Being around so long and with its medical history, this is one brand that most people will automatically trust. KY Lube has gone through extensive trials to make sure that it is without a doubt perfectly safe; some even say that KY Lube is the safest lube on the market.

Over the past few decades, KY Lube has branched out to produce a range of exciting new lube products for the end user. As well as the standard KY Lube, you can also get KY Lube liquid, KY Lube Warming, KY Lube Intense and of course KY Lube jelly.  There’s a wide selection of Lube including the KY Lube products at www.esmale.com where you can decide for yourself which Lube is best suited best to your needs.

KY Lube is mainly water based with a bit of added glycerine and hydroxyethyl. It is condom and latex safe meaning that this lube can be used for sex, toys and fisting. As with all Lube products, make sure you use plenty before inserting anything into your anus. Being water-based means that you may need to use a little more KY Lube than some other products but it will be condom compatible. For longer sessions it is recommended that you use a different lube that is longer lasting – such as a silicone Lube.

Always remember that Lube is just a lubricant and cannot in itself protect you against STIs; when having sex or sharing toys make sure that you use a condom together with your Lube. When fisting, make sure that you use latex gloves and that the lube you buy is latex friendly.

Water-based Lube is not toxic and so it you do rim someone after playing with their hole, there should be no real danger from ingesting a small amount of it. That doesn’t mean you should start spreading water-based lube or any other type of lube on your toast in a morning but is perfectly fine if you like a bit of bum!
