In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fully fulfilled, you will be contacted by a member of team esmale. You will not be charged additional postage in the event we send out an order in installments.
• Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 2pm (UK time) will be dispatched on the same day.
• Standard delivery timescales are 2-3 days for deliveries within the UK and 2-15 working days for deliveries outside of the UK.

You can return any of the products you order within 8 weeks from delivery. The reason we are so flexible in our return policy is that we want to make sure you feel confident in buying from the esmale store.
We will accept returns on the following basis:
1. Your goods are faulty
2. You have ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange for a different size
3. You decide you no longer want the goods.
All returned goods must be in their original unopened packaging and must not have been used.
All returns must be sent to our UK head office.
