•    Please note that when shipping goods across international borders, they are liable to be opened for inspection by customs authorities. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to check the legality of products within your own country. If seized by your local customs office, we will NOT be liable to refund or replace the order in any part.

•    We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered, to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control.

      £3.95 (excl VAT) for UK Recorded Delivery
      £10.95 (excl VAT) for UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
      £5.80 (excl VAT) for Mainland European deliveries
      £8.50 (excl VAT) for orders outside the UK and Mainland Europe.

      £15.00 (excl VAT) for TRACKED deliveries to selected European countries
      £20.00 (excl VAT) for TRACKED deliveries to selected Rest of World countries

You can return any of the products you order within 8 weeks from delivery. The reason we are so flexible in our return policy is that we want to make sure you feel confident in buying from the esmale store.

We will accept returns on the following basis:

1. Your goods are faulty
2. You have ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange for a different size
3. You decide you no longer want the goods. 

All returned goods must be in their original unopened packaging and must not have been used.
