Discreet Packaging

All parcels sent by esmale are sent in plain and discreet packaging. There is no indication as to what is inside the package or where you have made your purchases.

Shipping Details

All of our orders are sent via the Royal Mail from our warehouse in London. Orders are sent via standard First Class delivery, to ensure you get your products as soon as possible. Orders over the value of £50.00 are sent via recorded delivery, due to their high value. Please note that recorded delivery items will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for a parcel, it will be returned to your local sorting office for you to collect at your earliest convenience.

Delivery
 
•    The delivery time stated in which you will receive your order is approximate. All goods will be sent to the delivery address given by you and stated in the order confirmation. If your order can’t be fully fulfilled you will be contacted by a member of team esmale. You will not be charged additional postage in the event we send out an order in installments.

•   Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 3pm (UK time) will be dispatched on the same day.

•   Standard delivery timescales are 2-3 days for deliveries within the UK and 2-10 days for deliveries outside of the UK.

•    If your delivery address is outside the UK you may be liable for import duties or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional costs for customs clearance must be paid by you. If you have any queries regarding this, we advise you to contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for any charges incurred.

•    Please note that when shipping goods across international borders they are liable to be opened for inspection by customs authorities. If seized by your local customs office, we will NOT be liable to refund or replace the order in any part.

•    We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered, to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control.

Postage and packaging rates

•    Our postage and packaging rates are £3.95 for UK deliveries, £5.80 for Mainland European orders and £8.50 for orders outside the UK and Mainland Europe.

•    Please note that all postage and packaging charges are made in GBP sterling (£).
